Opportunity description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling For9a's services, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, managing the sales process end-to-end, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up. They should also have the ability to generate ideas to improve our offerings and contribute to the evolution of our services.
Duties & responsibilities
- Sell For9a's services to organizations, universities, companies, and institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partners aligned with For9a’s mission.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners during project execution.
- Track and report progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop new ideas and customized offerings to attract clients and enhance existing services.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, product) to align services with market needs.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up reporting.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, universities, and educational institutions to support business growth and expand outreach opportunities.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills for proposals and business correspondence (Arabic and English).
- Proactive, creative, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- He/she should have well-spoken English.
- Experience working with NGOs, universities, or international organizations is a plus.
