We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team full-time and lead the growth of our digital presence across multiple platforms. If you're passionate about paid social, content strategy, performance marketing, and creative storytelling, this role is for you.
Duties & responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop content strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on reach, engagement, and conversion.
Create, script, and produce high-performing videos, reels, stories, carousels, and motion graphics for both paid and organic distribution.
Craft compelling, SEO-friendly captions, hooks, headlines, and scripts in both Arabic and English.
Performance & Paid Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Monitor and manage ad budgets, A/B test creatives and messaging, and refine targeting strategies for better ROI.
Collaborate with designers to adapt and create visual assets for campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report performance KPIs including reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, conversions, ROAS, etc.
Use data from Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights to generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Translate analytics into insights that shape future campaigns and content direction.
Trend Spotting & Community Management
Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, ad formats, and consumer behavior.
Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong brand community.
Eligibility criteria
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance ads, and social media content production.
Proven success managing Meta Ads campaigns, and familiarity with other platforms like TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Strong grasp of content marketing, funnel stages, audience targeting, and boosting strategies.
Skilled in using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar for content creation.
Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.
Excellent time management, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
Experience in YouTube content creation, basic photography/videography
