Job Opportunity at Hikma in Jordan: Officer, HSE

Hikma is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Bayader Industrial Area as an Officer, HSE.

1. Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the position to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
2. Ensures the implementation of all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Provides safety training for Hikma employees in order to minimize work related injuries and detect system vulnerabilities.
4. Engages in fire prevention and fire fighting activities such as maintaining firefighting equipment in order to conduct fire prevention inspections and coordinate mutual fire protection plans.
5. Documents and follows up on all work-related injuries in order to report all cases to the concerned authority.
6. Upholds compliance with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to foster a culture of that promotes a healthy and safe work environment.

1. BSc of Industrial Engineering or other Engineering relevant major.
2. 0 - 3 years in relevant field.

Plus:

• OSHA, NEBOSH or IRCA certification or equivalent.
• Certified as Safety Specialist by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor.
