Masar is looking for a creative, talented, and innovative Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join its team I'n Jordan. You will be responsible for creating pleasing designs for Masar’s company and its clients, meeting their needs, and revising projects based on their feedback. To be successful in this position, you need to be committed, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

• Create a wide range of social media designs, graphics, layouts, and company logos with software such as photoshop.
• Conceptualize visuals based on clients’ requirements.
• Prepare many drafts and present ideas.
• Edit designs after feedback.
• Build and develop brand identity and company profile.
• Contribute to creating guidelines for designs, logos, branding, etc.
• Work with account managers and copywriters to produce final designs.
• Communicate with clients about layout and design when needed.
• Review the clients’ layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1-2 Experience as a graphic designer.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to come up with new ideas and designs.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Ability to use appropriate colors and layouts for each design.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Good understanding of social media design, website design, brand identity, and advertisements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
