PWC is offering a job opportunity as an Expenses Associate in Beirut, Lebanon.

Financial:

• Accountable for the accurate processing and payment of individuals expenses
• Follow expense checking activities as per policy and procedures

Customer: 

• Oversee customer enquiry resolution - ensuring all questions and requests are responded to promptly and accurately
• Oversee expenses operations against PwC approved policies and procedures; reporting changes needed

Learning & Growth:

• Ensure adherence to PwC approved accounting standards and principles and to policies and procedures within the team
• Contribute to an environment of teamwork within the Finance function

• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage 
• Overall Experience: 0 to 1 year of Accounting /Expense Accounting experience 
• Specific Experience: Experience in the Professional Services would be an advantage
• Knowledge and Skills

1. Proficiency with a computer and Microsoft / Google
2. Good attention to detail with strong problem solving skills 
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Organization, thoroughness with good leadership skills
5. Understanding of AP /employee reimbursement processes
6. Understanding of general accounting standards and practices
7. Understanding of VAT / Tax implications
8. High level of analytical ability, able to perform ad hoc reporting, including proficiency with computer based analytic techniques, e.g. Excel
9. Ethical Conduct
