Saudi Aramco has opened applications for a full-time Public Relations and Communication Advisor position based in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on supporting senior executive management and C-Suite leaders at Aramco in the areas of strategic communication, public relations, media, speechwriting, and stakeholder engagement, with responsibility for preparing internal and external communications that reflect the company’s vision and objectives.
The selected candidate will work directly on preparing speeches, talking points, media materials, and executive briefings, while also monitoring the media landscape, supporting executive media appearances, and contributing to the development of communication and public affairs strategies at both local and international levels.

Duties & responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Assisting in the preparation of speeches, talking points, and communication materials for senior executive management.
- Reviewing speeches and ensuring they align with Aramco’s key messages and objectives.
- Developing compelling stories and messages that reflect the company’s vision and values.
- Preparing briefing materials on companies, individuals, events, and topics relevant to senior leadership.
- Supporting the development of an integrated communications and public affairs strategy aligned with Aramco’s objectives.
- Supporting communication between the CEO, executive team, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
- Taking into account protocol requirements and cultural sensitivities in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
- Providing data-driven analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitoring the media landscape and coverage related to the CEO and Aramco’s senior leadership.
- Supporting the coordination of interviews and media activities for senior executives.
- Identifying suitable media opportunities and preparing executives with the necessary information and briefings.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields or a closely related discipline:
- Finance.
- Engineering.
- International Relations.
- International Business.
- International Law.
- Government Studies.
- Communications.
- Economics.
An advanced university degree, such as a Master’s degree, is considered a strong advantage.
Applicants are also expected to have:
- A strong background in professional writing, particularly in journalism or financial or industry publications.
- Experience working within large, complex, multinational organizations.
- A strong understanding of the business environment and the commercial factors affecting global companies.
- In-depth knowledge of international business and cultural protocols.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is considered an additional advantage.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different teams and organizations.
- The ability and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
- A proven ability to build effective relationships with senior management, government officials, and internal and external stakeholders.
