SOS HR Solutions is offering a Job opportunity in Kuwait as a Network Engineer.
Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective social media marketing strategy aligned with Boutiqaat's business objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
- Research and stay up to date on social media trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Set clear social media goals, KPIs, and metrics for each social media campaign to measure its effectiveness, regularly assessing performance and adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing, sales,and content initiatives.
- Lead content creation and curate compelling posts for various social media platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice and strategy.
- Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics, tailored for different social media channels.
- Manage content calendar to ensure timely posts, events, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure all content is optimized for social media algorithms to drive maximum engagement and visibility.
Eligibility criteria
- Proficiency with analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Experience with paid social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
- In-depth understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail, and the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multitasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and make actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and drive results.
