Sumerge is offering a job opportunity in Cairo, Egypt as an Associate Infrastructure Engineer. Our Ideal candidate is someone who is up to date on new development in the technology industry and work directly with other server and service owners to ensure reliability and sustainability of our system, networks, and service infrastructure
Duties & responsibilities
- Provides servers' hardware & software support.
- Maintains systems and equipment for substandard performance or malfunctioning.
- Performs configuration, customization, and tuning of the supported systems.
- Fixes outstanding issues and problems with systems and equipment.
- Identifies upgrading needs, new systems, tools, and equipment.
Eligibility criteria
- 0-2 Years of Relevant Experience
- MCSE, CCNA, A+, N+, Linux+ knowledge or Certificate
