As a Human Development Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of projects related to capacity building, institutional development, and policy enhancement. You will ensure quality, monitoring, and coordination among stakeholders to achieve the planned objectives.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Plan development programs and projects in the field of capacity building

  • Coordinate implementation with local and international partners

  • Monitor performance, ensure quality, and prepare periodic reports

  • Provide technical advice in institutional strengthening and human development

  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently

  • Organize workshops and training sessions for project teams

  • Conduct research and analysis to support policy design

Eligibility criteria

  • University degree in International Development, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field

  • Professional experience in development projects and capacity building (preferably within a UN or international context)

  • Strong knowledge of planning, monitoring, and evaluation methods

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

  • Flexibility to travel as required by the project
