Job Opportunity at Unifonic in Jordan: Carrier Operations Advisor

Unifonic is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as a Carrier Operations Advisor. That is handling operational requests, platform management, account management tasks, and partially operational billing; communicating effectively with internal & external customers ensuring efficient and effective results.

The responsibilities of the Carrier Operations Advisor include but are not limited to:

1. Customer System onboarding, off-boarding.
2. Vendor System onboarding, off-boarding.
3. Kick start customers’ accounts over the platform.
4. Managing primary and subsidiary accounts.
5. Managing platform access management.
6. Managing balance, credit, and basic operation financials.
7. Internal/External customer support.
8. Sender Registration across operators.
9. Customer/Vendor Consumption reporting.
10. Escalate bugs and technical issues.
11. Customers and vendors data sanity checks/governance.

1. Hands-on 3+ years of experience in the tech/telecom industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related field.
3. ITIL Foundation Certified.
4. Basic understanding of Telecommunications.
5. Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
6. Excellent in GSuite (Gmail, GDocs, GSheets, GSlides, etc).
7. Experience in Reporting/BI Tools such as Tableau, and Kibana, as well as project management software like JIRA and Confluence.
