As an AI Product Manager – Customer Care / Chatbot, you will define the product vision and strategy, translating AI technologies — such as Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and natural language processing — into practical solutions for customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and customer success to guide the product from ideation through development, launch, and growth.

Duties & responsibilities
Manage the product roadmap balancing innovation with business priorities
Lead AI/ML product development with data scientists and engineers
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify new opportunities
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, iteration
Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles (transparency, privacy, fairness)
Collaborate with customer and support teams to gather user feedback
Eligibility criteria
4+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of successful launches
1+ year of experience working with AI or data-driven products
Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, generative AI, NLP)
Hands-on experience with modeling, programming, and API integration
Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments
Background in customer service, chat platforms, or conversational AI is a plus
