As an AI Product Manager – Customer Care / Chatbot, you will define the product vision and strategy, translating AI technologies — such as Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and natural language processing — into practical solutions for customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and customer success to guide the product from ideation through development, launch, and growth.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap balancing innovation with business priorities

  • Lead AI/ML product development with data scientists and engineers

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes

  • Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify new opportunities

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, iteration

  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles (transparency, privacy, fairness)

  • Collaborate with customer and support teams to gather user feedback

Eligibility criteria

  • 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of successful launches

  • 1+ year of experience working with AI or data-driven products

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, generative AI, NLP)

  • Hands-on experience with modeling, programming, and API integration

  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and priorities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments

  • Background in customer service, chat platforms, or conversational AI is a plus
