Zain in Amman, Jordan is looking for a highly imaginative and passionate candidate to be part of Zain's Consumer Business Department who will support marketing communication campaigns to promote Zain’s products and services, helps develop and support social media activations and strategies, and conducting research. Also encompasses creativity, analytical, digital, and commercial responsibilities, ensuring consistent branding image throughout all activities, communication, content, and operations on all platforms (website, applications, social media, etc.)
Duties & responsibilities
- Reviewing and ensuring Zain’s publications, TVCs, advertisements, logo, official website, corporate documents, and promotional items…etc. are correctly branded in line with the corporate identity of the Group.
- Coordinating and following up with the Marketing Team and product owners on all briefs submitted making sure all points and requirements are included within the briefs provided to the agency, to ensure all expected materials are submitted according to requirements and in a timely manner.
- Follow up and work closely with Agency and product owners to finalize all jobs requested and briefs based on launches’ timeframes.
- Ensuring all designs, artworks, and marketing materials used in campaigns are within brand guidelines and are consistent with the hero ad.
- Coordinating and following up on external advertising campaigns with agencies to monitor the progress of work and ensuring that all designs and artworks are aligned with Zain’s standards and brand requirements.
- Work closely with the media team to deliver needed materials upon submitted media plans within the time frame of any launch.
Eligibility criteria
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or Visual Arts or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Is an excellent Marketing communicator.
- Good knowledge of ATL/BTL.
- Good designing skills.
