Job Opportunity by Aramex in UAE: Control Tower Executive

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as it is looking for a Control Tower Executive.

1. Adhere to Customer Service Policies and Procedures to maximize the customer.
2. Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
3. Manage the Global Case System and make sure all customer inquiries/requests are logged into the system and resolved within the required service level agreement.
4. Interact regularly with customers to understand and respond to their needs and get feedback on the service provided.
5. Monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with customers and frontline, to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement and implementing those improvements.
6. Responsible for SRN creation & Follow up, follow up on cases/complaints.
7. Manage shipment in and out movement through warehouse management system and other systems if required.
8. Preparing of documents for in and out movement.
9. Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.
10. Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations.
11. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
12. Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory . Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.
13. Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound and outbound shipments.
14. Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.
15. Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
16. Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment.

The Control Tower Executive, reporting to the Control Tower Leader, manages logistics involving transportation, warehousing, and the flow material, and is responsible for managing all the incoming and outgoing orders along with documentation required for the movement .
