Job Opportunity for Saudi Nationals: Marketing Manager at Accor Hotels

Accor Hotels is looking for a Marketing Manager with a Saudi nationality to join the team and work in Al Madinah. 

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
2. Manage all activity within the marketing department, ensuring all service standards are followed.
3. Execute digital marketing plans and programs in conjunction with the Sales department to ensure profit growth.
4. Oversee all digital marketing initiatives for the hotel.
5. Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on.
6. Design the hotels digital advertising and promotion activities.
7. Oversee copywriting, design, layout, and the production of promotional materials.
8. Follow the annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner.
9. Follow departmental policies and procedures.
10. Follow all safety policies.
11. Oversee hotel’s social media marketing.
12. Coordinate internal marketing initiatives as needed.
13. Oversee and maintain the hotel’s websites.
14. Develop and oversee email marketing efforts for the hotel.

1. Arabic speaker – preferred.
2. Previous graphic design experience, proficient in design programs such as Photoshop, InDesign or similar application.
3. Previous leadership experience within marketing required.
4. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and other relevant computer applications required.
5. University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
7. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
8. Highly responsible & reliable.
9. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
