1. Accounting experience is essential (not internal audit) with two to four years of experience (accountant / executive accountant).
2. Retail experience is required.
3. Questioning mindset / curious.
4. Good Communication skills and confident to be able to interact with various stakeholders.
5. Professional qualification is not required but is preferred.
6. Accountability and ownership – prioritize deliverables within deadlines.
7. Has worked on ERP system (essential) preferably on Oracle.
8. Good excel knowledge.
9. Working independently with minimum supervision / self-starting.
