Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity in Bahrain as a Mixologist.
Duties & responsibilities
- Answer guests' questions about our venues, menus, and pricing.
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes and take their orders.
- Be Responsible for accurately checking guest identification and provide service to beverage runners in a timely manner.
- Check beverage orders prior to serving to ensure that they are correct, properly presented and that special requests have been met.
- Follow given drink recipes when dispensing drinks and garnish beverages as needed per company standards and recipes.
- Deliver beverage orders promptly and organize and prioritize service per appropriate sequence of service.
- Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions and process guest payments by cash, credit card, comps, and all other tender types.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum High School Graduate.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Very good English level.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with a team.
