Duties & responsibilities
- Supporting The Delivery Of Legal and Risk Services Research And Analysis Of Complex Legal And Compliance Issues
- Draft And Review Documents, Memos, Correspondence, And Contracts In English And Arabic
- Work Independently Within Timelines Set
- Collaborate With And Report To Senior Lawyers And Business Leaders In Charge Of Projects.
- Work On Or Ability To Learn Technology Systems Used By The Company, Particularly The Legal Team
- Build And Support Trusted Relationships
Eligibility criteria
- Law Degree And Admission To Practice
- Good Standing In Relevant Jurisdictions
- 4+ Years Of Substantive Legal Expertise, Developed In A Corporate Or Law Firm Setting
- Experienced In Legal And Business Concepts Relevant
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Both Written And Verbal. Ability To Listen As Well As Speak.
- Able To Draft Contracts, Pleadings, Memos, Etc., In English And Arabic.
- Proficiency To Work On Or Ability To Learn Technology Systems Used By The Company, Particularly The Legal Team.
