• Provide Hands On Support to Employees In All Areas To Include Successfactors, Reporting, Payroll Preprocessing And Time Keeping, And All Other Hr Operations Activities.
• Ensure Employee Data Management And Accuracy.
• Support Any Internal And External Audits Regarding Hr Processes
• Ensuring Compliance To Existing Audit Standards, Responding To, And Complying With Any Internal/External Investigations, Audits, Assessments.
• Collaborate With All Human Capital Digital Experience Team Members To Drive Solutions.
• Support Data Corrections, Organization Changes, Transfer Of Employees As Well As Participate In Set Up Of Human Capital Programs Throughout The Year.
• Maintain The Long-Term Integrity Of The Successfactors Environment 
• Being Flexible And Nimble To The Business And New Business Requirements

• Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Areas Of Hr Operations, Compensation & Benefits 
• Knowledge Of Labor Laws
• Ability To Work Under Pressure And Tough Deadlines
• Understanding Of Shared Services Model And Partnering Both As A Customer And Provider
