Opportunity description

Tamara is offering a Job Opportunity as a Incident Analyst in Egypt.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Monitoring system alerts and notifications 24/7 and promptly responding to any issues or incidents.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Documenting and accurately reporting all incidents and outages.
  • Maintaining and updating monitoring tools and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Conducting routine system health checks and proactive maintenance.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with the Incident Management Lead to prepare post-mortem reports following incidents.
  • Providing support during disaster recovery and incident response procedures.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes.

Eligibility criteria

  • Minimum bachelor degree graduate with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with various monitoring tools such as New Relic , Curry (Good to have)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to detect and remediate IT failures.
  • Knowledge of Fintech or Financial Services  and infrastructure components. (Good to have)
  • Familiarity with incident management and ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Tech savvy with SQL Knowledge (Good to have)
