Job Opportunity in Egypt: Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group is offering an exceptional job opportunity as a Fashion Consultant to join the team in Cairo, Egypt for 2021. The Fashion Consultant is responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

1. Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews.
2. Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
3. Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
4. Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
5. Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs.
6. Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
7. Drive sell-throughs within the store.
8. Support in-store CX initiatives.
9. Provide input to whats working well, whats not working well within the store.

1. 1 year experience in Sales in Fashion.
