Job Opportunity in Egypt: Operations Manager at CFI

CFI is offering a Job Opportunity in Egypt as an operations manager.

• Strategic planning: Identify issues or gaps, analyze and take initiatives
• Ensuring excellency of customer satisfaction and an optimum level of quality
• Develop critical insights by analyzing datasets, and connecting the dots
• Coordinate large cross-functional processes
• Being responsible for client relationship, key account management and business development in the country
• Research for effective operational tools and be the one to execute daily operation tasks
• Suggest continuous improvement cycle

• Degree Holder or any equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years of working experience in fast growing industry
• Experience in local Egyptian financial markets is a must
• Excellent English communication and composition skills (written and verbal)
• Background or experience in financial services is a plus
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Results oriented
