Siemens offers a job opportunity in Germany as a Regional Sales Manager.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Achievement of financial targets in assigned zones (Refurbished Business and Options & Upgrades business target).
  • Identify and execute measures to drive business in the zones (e.g. Installed Base analysis, Bottom-up planning, strategy workshops).
  • Understand customer needs and drive customer engagement (e.g. Asset Planning Session approach).

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • A university degree in a commercial or engineering field.
  • Many years of experience in a sales role (e.g. account manager, sales management, business development).
  • If you have very sound, long-term professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no university degree, then you can still apply for this job.
  • Moreover, you are very experienced in the usage of CRM-related tools.
  • Good knowledge of clinical processes and workflows and are up-to-date around trends in healthcare.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English; German is considered a plus.
  • Additionally, you have strong communication skills and are a team player and entrepreneur, which allows you to work in a result- and quality-oriented way.
