Job Opportunity in Germany: People Analytics Associate at Delivery Hero

Delivery Hero is offering a full-time job opportunity as a People Analytics Associate to join the team in Berlin, Germany for 2021. 

1. You cooperate closely with the teams within the whole People Department worldwide by collecting the requirements, handling ad-hoc requests, building the reports, etc.
2. You document business processes and technical design documentation related to People Analytics.
3. You create and improve analytics dashboards and support with maintaining a data warehouse.
4. You help on integrating data from multiple HR systems into a data warehouse.

1. You have your background in Mathematics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Psychology or similar.
2. You know SQL and Python.
3. You bring in first experience in Cloud computing platforms (particularly Amazon Web Services).
4. You have reporting skills in Tableau (preferred) or similar BI tools.
5. You have basic knowledge of Big Data analytics.
6. You are a self-motivated person with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
7. You are a strong communicator and can translate technical into non-technical messaging.

Preferred qualifications:

1. You bring in experience working with Workday or similar HRIS solutions.
2. You understand Human Resource anatomy including functional areas and systems.
3. You are able to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time.
4. You bring in API integration expertise.
5. You are familiar with confluence and Jira functionality.
