Opportunity description

P&G is offering a job opportunity in Istanbul as a full-time e-commerce senior account manager. The E-commerce Senior Account Manager will be responsible for P&G customers which operates in multiple channels with multiple P&G brands/categories.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Building up the sales and growth strategy of the P&G brands with different channels and customer.
  • Accountable for delivering the outstanding sales fundamentals for P&G brands both at instore and online sales platforms.
  • Acquire deep understanding of assigned business channels, their needs, and requirements as well as of shoppers, categories, delivery methods data and market.
  • Apply post event analytics for promotions and activities which offering by P&G to bring healthy gross contributions results and reapply learnings in the future.
  • Build tailored channel strategies and selling plans/projects that creates a win for both brands and customers’ business by negotiations, planning promotions and innovations.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and distributors.

Eligibility criteria

  • Relevant experience in e-commerce / FMCG E-Business Channel or perfumery/drug retailer/FMCG channel sales or category management.
  • Experience in FMCG category management, product management, trade marketing and commercial operations.
  • Successful examples of leadership in their business or personal life.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Good end-to-end understanding and ownership including digital media and supply chain understanding.
  • Strong data analytics capability, to actively identify business opportunities.
  • Proven track record to collaborate internally and externally with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Outstanding communication, persuasion and team working skills.
  • A proven record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.
  • Preparing the strategy plan of the e business/perfumery/drug/beauty channels, align on yearly commercial targets together with P&G category teams.
  • Able to create annual ‘Joint Business Plans’ and align on them with distributors and retailers.
