Revton offers a job opportunity in Jordan as a Customer Experience Agent. You must be an English-speaking Customer Experience agent to serve client patients through outbound calls to go through a survey, and keep the highest level of performance and call etiquette. This job is available for females who are native in English.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct outbound calls following the outlines of surveys.
- Adhere to QA and coaching instructions.
- Protect the company’s value by keeping all information confidential.
- Follow all the guidelines and policies.
- Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
- Record answers and adding comments directly into a computer database.
- Take patients' notes and complaints via phone.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- This job is for females only.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle work pressure.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Customer service skills.
- Patience and remaining calm during long calls.
- Ability to work and coordinate with a team.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening skills) in both Arabic and English.
