You will be responsible for:

• Authorization for in-hospital cases in respect of medical necessity and appropriateness.
• Evaluation & approval of outpatient claims need authorization with respect to the medical necessity and appropriateness and check them on the system to ensure high quality and correct services.
• Manage queries from providers, Insurance Companies, and insured members relating to authorization, evaluation, and administration.
• Responding to all inquiries from insurance companies.
• Deliver excellent customer services to Insurance Companies and insured members with a view to achieving maximum client satisfaction.
• Medical Updating of the Medical File related to insured members regarding the results of their investigation like MRI, CT scan, etc...
• Filling of Medical Documents.

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or any related medical field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the medical field/nursing.
• Knowledge related to medical terminology.
• Good Command of the English language.
• Industry knowledge related to the local healthcare services system would be a plus.
• Computer literacy ( MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to work on a Shift basis.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
