Opportunity description

Unifonic offers a job opportunity in Jordan as a SME Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the inside sales team to achieve their sales goals and building a high-performance team to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the team to achieve the sales objectives, and keep attracting new customers.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Hire, develop, retain and coach a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  2. Continuously assess the skills gap in the organization and work on enablement programs to address this gap.
  3. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for sellers.
  4. Develop the team's quarterly plans, setting realistic targets and achievable action plans to meet the targets.
  5. Improve sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  6. Provide field support for sellers as they generate leads and close new deals.
  7. Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and prospects through creative means.
  8. Submit timely reports to management, including weekly and monthly sales revenue reports.
  9. Maintain the needed level of technical and platform knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Hands-on 5+ years of recent experience in inside sales management roles, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or other business-related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record as an inspirational Sales leader, ideally in the software industry.
  • Practical understanding of the SME market and its purchasing dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated proficiency to collaborate and negotiate with clients.
  • Proven track record of driving sales through an internal team to deliver new business through existing and new SME Customer base.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
