Job Opportunity in Jordan as a Team Leader for UI/UX Team in Zain Jo

Zain Jo offers a job opportunity in Jordan as a Team Leader. You will be responsible for transforming complex tasks into intuitive digital products for other users as well as creating digital products through UX processes also intuitive and useful UI Designs, by constantly focusing on users. You will be responsible for investigating and designing new product features, as well as improving existing features, within the internal team and other teams.

Your main tasks will include but will not be limited to:

1. Work with Product managers, Business Analysts, and developers to develop intuitive and engaging experiences.
2. Understand end-user needs and business objectives.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to make informed decisions.
4. Create surveys for research and gather feedback.
5. Revise, optimize and enhance design flow to ensure the efficiency of the user experience.
