Job Opportunity in Jordan as an IT Executive at Aramex

Aramex is looking for a passionate highly motivated candidate to work as an IT executive with Aramex Amman station. You will Perform all IT-related tasks (software/hardware/networking) within the country.

You will be responsible for:

• Continuously support and address all country employee’s IT issues.
• Resolve all employee Help desk within the time frame.
• Assist Aramex clients upon setting up e-tools.
• Implement department strategy to achieve IT station’s goal.
• Send new hardware/software requests to the procurement department.
• Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Maintain local servers (Lync, Avaya, etc.) and local data centre.
• Ensure implementation of latest software security patches and updates.
• Follow up with internet and telecom providers.
• Run scheduled antivirus and resolve threats immediately as it occur.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineer/Information Systems/computer science.
• English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge in networks.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server roles and features.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization.
• Basic knowledge of Databases.
• Good knowledge of computer maintenance and end-user support.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• IP Telephony is a plus.
• CCNA is a plus.
• MCSA is a plus
