Opportunity description

Aramex offers a job opportunity in Jordan as a LMI - Performance Analyst.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing LMI modalities’ performance.
  • Manage and design report templates according to the instructed guidelines by LMI Associate.
  • Interpret data and provide LMI Associate with data-driven insights and action plans.
  • Work with Sales & Operations planning team to gather supply deficits across the network.
  • Interact with the data design team to ensure data unification and optimize current reporting methods as well as ensure stable pricing across the network through collaboration with the Economics team.
  • Support LMI Operations with relevant data to improve on-ground operations and performance.
  • Take active measures to improve supply retention across the region.
  • Maintain healthy supply status across active regions through performance management.
  • Liaise between Community Operations and LMI Operations Teams to make sure supply requirements are met.
  • Migrate data towards business intelligence systems and build real-time dashboards.
  • Perform regular maintenance and improvements on performance dashboard according to business needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and innovations in the supply chain industry.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  1. Excellent command of English.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or logistics.
  3. Expert in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Knowledge of BI Systems is a plus (Tableau, Power BI, etc) as well as team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  5. Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  6. Knowledge in data collection systems or a proven ability to apply new systems effectively.
  7. Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
  8. High work ethic.
  9. Innovative and collaborative mindset.
  10. Ability to thrive in a challenging working atmosphere and personal commitment to stay updated with all technology-related concepts.
