Opportunity description
Aramex is offering a Job Opportunity in Jordan: Quality Assurance Executive.
Duties & responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of Internal Quality Audit plans and follow up on progress of implementation
- Maintain standard documentation practices for all policies, procedures & forms
- Coordinate with other functions/stakeholders for any updates on QMS documents
- Coordinate with external certification providers on audit schedules and on preparation of stations
- Provide ongoing support to project teams and update the progress of projects
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (preferred)
- Lean & Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be open to travel 20% of the time as per project needs in other regions
- Experience in preparing and presenting updates to an audience of senior executives
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in the use of SmartSheets and BI tools
