Aramex is offering a Job Opportunity in Jordan: Senior HR Executive.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ability to mediate disputes and to conduct internal hearings and ensure alignment with internal by laws and proper corrective
  • measures are in place and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure that the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, Human Resources and company policies in effect.
  • Coordinating training programs and professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Ensure quarterly and annual employee performance reviews are completed against set KPIs.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans following guidance of global C&B team and policies in place.

Eligibility criteria

  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. SAP/Success Factors) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
