Tamatem is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading user acquisition campaigns and promoting mobile games across various advertising platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing return on investment (ROI). This role requires strategic and analytical thinking, coupled with a creative mindset for producing effective ad content.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for new and existing games

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms

  • Analyze marketing performance using data and make ROI-based decisions

  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to determine the most effective creatives and messaging

  • Collaborate with game development and creative teams to align marketing messaging with gameplay

  • Stay updated with market trends and emerging ad technologies and apply them to campaigns

  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize efficiency

  • Lead experimentation and innovation in exploring new marketing channels

Eligibility criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in mobile apps or games

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive user acquisition results

  • Solid understanding of privacy and tracking challenges in digital marketing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheets

  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset

  • Passion for games, especially mobile games

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of mobile ad tech, attribution, and measurement tools

  • Experience in SQL and App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Understanding of ad monetization tools and programmatic advertising

  • Strong insight into Arab mobile gamers’ preferences and behaviors
