Job Opportunity in Jordan with Leaders of Tomorrow: Special Education Expert Mentor and Educational Challenge Supervisor

Leaders of Tomorrow, in partnership with the German International Cooperation, is looking for an experienced mentor to guide a group of competing teams and participate in a Hackathon challenge, aimed at developing educational solutions that serve the educational system in the early education stage in Jordan. The activities of the mentoring sessions will be held online in the first stage, and then on the field in the main competition stage until the day of presentation of projects before the jury.

1. The supervisor will work for a total of 5 working days to prepare and present short online and offline sessions for the contestants participating in the challenge in order to help them formulate their project ideas in a better way and qualify for the other stages of the challenge.
2. The expert will be responsible for providing guidance to the contestants in the field of special education - inclusive education in the early education stage in Jordan, what should be taken into account to design ideas and solutions aimed at supporting this sector, by referring to the official curriculum approved for kindergartens in Jordan and the needs of the target age group.
3. The challenge will be to design educational solutions, activities and tools that serve children in kindergarten, as well as children with special needs and children from different backgrounds such as refugees.

1. Educational background in the field of special education.
2. At least 8 years of experience in the field of special education in Jordan.
3. Experience in the field of inclusive education for vulnerable groups in the early education stage in Jordan.
4. Experience in coaching and mentoring.
5. Experience in preparing and developing curricula or educational materials.
