Sumerge offers a job opportunity in KSA as an Account Manager. The Account Management team at Sumerge grows the business by building and maintaining successful long-term client partnerships, adopting diverse strategies and innovative account management approaches to shape powerful opportunities, introduce innovative solutions and add value to the clients. The account managers aspire to deliver a positive customer experience, persistently explore and uncover the clients’ business needs and understand how the range of product offerings can benefit their business.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with accounts to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations where applicable.
  • Preparing account and opportunity plans.
  • Identifying and gaining new business through cold calling, mailing, and referrals.
  • Coordinating with Technical Support staff regarding technical issues to ensure client retention and continued business.
  • Archiving offers, proposals and relevant documents on CRM.
  • Building relationships with partners/vendors and identifying areas of mutual interest as a means of maintaining a business relationship.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • From 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B Sales “Software Industry is preferred”.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Excellent communication Skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activity.
  • Demonstrating interest in developing customer partnerships.
