Job Opportunity in Kuwait as a Maintenance Hygiene Supervisor at Alshaya Group

Alshaya Group offers a job opportunity in Kuwait as a Maintenance Hygiene Supervisor. You will work closely with the Assistant Maintenance/Hygiene Manager to ensure all work functions are completed. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring all preventative maintenance and emergency repairs are carried out within the correct timescales and to the correct quality. 

You will be responsible for:

• Assist the maintenance management in the delivery of all maintenance and hygiene functions and in reviewing and reporting schedules of work to confirm compliance of delivery for 3rd party AMC’s and in-house activities.
• Provide relevant technical expertise to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Supervise and support maintenance technicians and hygiene staff in their duties and ensure that they are working in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure all works within the premises are delivered in accordance with the correct H&S standards and in compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits of the facility.
• Issuing and managing work permits for all maintenance and hygiene staff and 3rd party contractors.
• Planning and review of maintenance programs.

You must have:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing qualification.
• Computer literate in the areas of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience:

• From 3 to 5 years’ experience in a multi-skilled supervisory role, covering all electrical, maintenance, engineering disciplines (AC, power generation and distribution, HVAC/environment controls, chiller plant, lighting, motors, switch gear, and electrical installations and plumbing).
• Experience of supervising the delivery of MEP PPM programs, delivery of quality management, and management of contractors.
• FMCG background.
• Full driving licence.
