Job Opportunity in Kuwait as a Program Manager at IT

Alshaya Group offers a job opportunity in Kuwait as a Program Manager for IT. Alshaya IT is a diverse organisation supporting corporate, warehouse and retail specific IT infrastructure and systems. Alshaya has software teams creating and developing in-house applications and product teams optimizing and integrating major third party solutions. The rate of growth across divisions and geographies means that the company is constantly evaluating how it provides robust, scalable and business enabling infrastructure and systems in line with global benchmark standards. 

You will be responsible for:

• Extensive experience in partnering with SI’s and software vendors.
• Knowledge of technologies such as ERP, advanced planning, EPOS, analytics, digital/ECOMM, CRM, cloud, mobile, networking, SaaS, PaaS.
• The successful set-up, delivery and transition of corporate-wide, ambitious programs to drive effective enterprise application and technology transformation.
• Develop and lead the preparation and delivery of the domain Program to deliver the company's road map as well as track and report on progress and delivery of benefits so that the company ‘delivers consistently everyday’, ‘get it right first time’ and ‘maximize its profit’.
• Managing an operating unit, juggling competing requirements to deliver a balanced set of results or services often by managing and leading the work of people, departments and processes.
• Provide a realistic view of how the company is performing against the road map.
• Identify risks and issues and pro-actively escalate for quick resolution.
• Engage Functional Directors and managers from across the business to deliver the road map.
• All projects remain on track and deliver projected cost savings.
• Improved the capability of your team by coaching and training them to deliver the Operating Model.
