Al Tayer Group is offering a job opportunity in Kuwait, as it’s looking for an exceptional personal shopping assistant to initiate and drive a specialist and personalised selection for exclusive customers and contribute to maximise customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Duties & responsibilities
- Identify the needs of the customer and recommend a range of products to choose from to arrive at an appropriate buying decision.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and provide superior standards of customer service with an individual using a distinct personalised approach.
- Maintain relationships with key customers by informing them of new arrivals, inviting them exclusively for previews, promotions and activities conducted in stores.
- Provide feedback to buyers on customer preferences
- Maintain confidentiality of customers' personal information and assure the information will be solely utilised for the store.
- Ensuring the customer database is maintained and updated with all the information pertaining to the exclusive customers.
- Develop, grow and establish relationships with customers resulting in the growth of the Personal Shopping customer database.
- Keeping abreast of the market trends and competitor activities at all times
Eligibility criteria
- High School or "O" Levels.
- 3 to 5 years retail sales or customer service experience
- Must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems.
- Takes initiative to seek out responsibilities and follows through on all projects and tasks.
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must demonstrate attention to detail.
- Has the ability to continue client relationships
