Opportunity description
Aramex is offering a Job Opportunity in Morocco in Sales.
Duties & responsibilities
- Identify sales and business development opportunities to gain customers from various segments
- Provide management with regular feedback about competitor’s activities
- Monitor receivables to assist the collection team to ensure customers pay as per Aramex standards when needed
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the customers
- Gain new customers
- Plan sales team visits ( daily / weekly)
- Develop offers and prepare corporate rates
- Maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders
- Setting KPIs and conduct annual performance review for direct reports
- Assist and guide the team to achieve their targets
- Train new hires on the job or existing staff if needed
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree in business or any other field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- At least 5 years sales experience, preferably in Freight Commercial & express shipping
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong customer focus and analytical skills
