Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining great service to all guests, planning and organizing tasks, people and supplies, act as a representative of the company. You should demonstrate initiative at all the times and seek own solutions to the minor obstacles that occur from time to time, have strong desire to improve skills and knowledge and produce own work in accordance with the deadlines and company standards.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- At least 3 years experience in bakery, pastry production, food service management, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with a diverse team.
- Creative, innovative and self-motivated with strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
