Job Opportunity in Qatar as a Retail Sales Manager at QRH

Qatar Airways offers a job opportunity in Qatar as a Retail Sales Manager at QRH. You will be responsible for the retail sales management of QR Holidays and ensure that the daily business of the division, its outstations and implants are performing according to company procedures and policies, and achieving outstanding customer satisfaction through all QRH touch points, in addition to being responsible for sales performing of the Retail Sales team.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating a continuous process of assessment and change, meeting and surpassing revenue targets while keeping costs stable.
• Increasing conversion rate of sales leads by tracking customer requests (email, calls & visits through internal CRM) and coaching team in sales and customer service.
• All customer relations matters ensuring that customer complaints are adequately investigated and professionally responded to within policy and agreed timelines.
• All operational matters across all QRH offices in Qatar and outstations, covering sales, financial, operational efficiency and staff performance matters.

You must have:

• Relevant College or University Qualification to min Bachelor's level.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Holidays experience in an airline or travel agency or tour operator environment in selling holiday packages to customers, along with identifying market segments and recommending types of holidays.
• Retail sales experience.
• People management skills.
• Technical experience (systems).
