Job Opportunity in Qatar as an Auto Denter at Alfuttaim

Al-Futtaim offers a job opportunity in Qatar as an Auto Denter. You will carry out the repair or replacement of all chassis vehicles including structural, load, and impact bearing components, Carry out repairs to meet the manufacturer’s original specifications using an alignment jig and measuring systems ensuring repaired areas meet the manufacturer’s anti-corrosion standard through proper use of suitable materials.

You will be responsible for:

• Carry out the replacement of new body parts, major repairs of body structure, rectification of dents, etc., as per the list of jobs attached.
• Carry out jobs to the manufacturer’s recommended levels of workmanship and standards and thereby, to ensure that the strength and durability of the car body is maintained to the standard repair specification.
• Safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
• Implement all relevant precautions and safe practices while carrying out the various body repair jobs/hazardous materials.
• Use standard safety equipment while carry out, welding, cutting, sanding or grinding etc.
• Ensure that all tools and maintained in proper working order and stored in tool box provided.
• Keep the equipment of the section clean and properly maintained.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Customer focused.
• Efficiency target.
• Improving and developing your knowledge.
• Increase your knowledge and sharpen your skill to effectively troubleshoot, water leak, air leak and wind noise problems.
• Further develop your knowledge, about identifying the correct requisite parts for a repair job. This will ensure ordering of correct parts at first time.
• You should clear all principal evaluation and certification program as required by the company. 
• Play a crucial role to resolve the issues related to your role for the first time with dealer standards.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and problem-solving skills in initiating repair jobs.
• Capability to handle Special tools and equipment.
• Capacity for E-Learning and training and development plans.
• Ability to use and understand workshop manuals.

You must have:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• High School, ITI Course in Automobile Engineering, with specialization in car body construction and repairs.

Minimum Experience:

• From 5 to 7 years of working as denter out of this, two years should be of working on monocoque bodies.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Comprehend English language, basic maths, exploded views, technical illustrated drawings.
• Apply new knowledge and concepts, to improve efficiency and workmanship.
• Work as an exceptionally, highly skilled Denter and body repairer capable to repair major damages on monocoque bodies.
