You will be responsible for:

• Manages the day-to-day housekeeping business.
• Leads a team of 150 plus employees.
• Ensures that rooms are cleaned according to cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.
• Ensures that employees comply with the policies and procedures.
• Controls that health and safety measures are followed.
• Conducts routine inspections to ensure that service level is maintained.
• Collaborates with other departments in an effective and friendly manner.

You must have:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus.
• At least 8 years of housekeeping experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large-scale property.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
