Job Opportunity in Saudi Arabia: Master Data Executive at Al Futtaim

Al Futtaim is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Master Data Executive to join the team and work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 2021. 

1. Manage the creation, maintenance and retirement of centralized master data objects (items, BOMs, vendors, pricing, etc) to support product trials, launches and product changes, etc.
2. Support and execute master data creation, updates, and analysis using various systems including, SAP, Master Data validation setup, JDA tool, RPro, etc.
3. Manage all Article, Supplier master data, Planning Master requests and set up in line with policy.
4. Perform root-cause analysis on master data integration problems. Recommend and execute corrective action.
5. Configure and maintain standard and custom tables in MDM Tool and ERP systems as captured in procedures and policies.
6. Cooperate and following up with internal stakeholders to achieve data quality (completeness, consistency, accuracy, integrity) in the Master Data tools.
7. Update existing and/or create new process manuals/user guides and instructions for procedures and processes as directed.
8. Take part to continuous improvement projects, support requests from other function to assess improvement feasibility.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent in work experience.
2. Experience with SAP ERP, required.
3. Problem Solving & Analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. A methodical approach with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
