Opportunity description

Aramex offers a job opportunity in Saudi as a Senior Operations Manager. You will create a timebound roadmap for the coming year in KSA operations which will clearly define the order lifecycle, order dispatch strategy, Network strategy, expansion plans along with budget and timelines in your region at KSA operations which would cover infrastructure, setup costs, manpower, and management requirement along with costs and, the digital roadmap for your region KSA operations.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage the various inbound/outbound and warehouse operations and ensure compliance to service expectations and quality standards.
  • Work with the ground operations supervisor to ensure full utilization and monitor and work towards proper utilization of the ground couriers achieving station KPI and targets.
  • Adhere to all related policies, procedures.
  • Make complex ideas or situations clear, simple, and/or understandable - Assembles ideas, issues, and observations into a clear and useful explanation - Restates existing observations or knowledge in a simpler fashion.
  • Developing others.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor in industrial engineering.
  • 3 years and above experience.
  • Proven experience in Operations & Warehousing environment.
  • Experience in team management and process improvement.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Flexibility.
  • Ability to travel upon request.
  • Ability to manage team & operations remotely.
