P&G Company is offering a job opportunity in the USA as a Content House Brand Designer/Editor.
About the Role:-
- P&Gs first in-house creative & production agency, Content House, or CoHo for short, is looking for a highly motivated, creative, Jack/Jill-of-all-trades Designer/Editor to join its shop as it grows its in-house agency capability (this is a brand manager level role).
- The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and the desire to “play” in video editing, copywriting, art direction while learning to be a brand builder.
- This role will also own organic social strategy & execution for key brands.
- Help CoHo grow across marketing media platforms to build expertise in video, print, out of home, social, performance marketing, econtent, in-store, influencer and whatever gets invented next.
- You will be the go-to for actually CREATING the assets (not just the ideas) that launch for P&G’s brands, big and small.

Duties & responsibilities
- As a Brand Manager at P&G, you will have full responsibility for your brand including the business results.
- You will have to engage with multi-disciplinary teams with people from Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies to develop top strategies for your brand's success.
- You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership.
- P&G is looking for people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.
Eligibility criteria
- Expert proficiency in Photoshop and Powerpoint.
- Basic proficiency in any video editing software.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Active on Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter.
- Creative thinking/ideating – passion for diverging and connecting dots in surprising ways to unlock creative that’s disruptive, engaging, and beautiful yet still simple.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities at one time - P&G is “building new muscles” as an in-house team; there is no road map and this individual must have a start-up mentality.
- Ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions – you must be able to effectively work and proactively communicate or present work with the immediate creative team as well as multi-functional partners and senior leaders.
