Job Opportunity in Turkey as a Senior Project Manager at TRT Network

TRT Network is looking for motivated project managers and great team players to join its İstanbul and Ankara PMO team. The project manager will follow the coordination and administration of all aspects of assigned projects including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, delivering and reporting project activities.

You will be responsible for:

• The overall direction and coordination of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Create and execute project plans.
• Managing projects in accordance with project management methodologies.
• Coordinate and improve collaboration between different business units in the project.
• Revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day progress of project(s) and scope.
• Planning, executing and delivering the projects within defined scope, time, budget & quality constraints.
• Following the resources within the project.
• Work closely with the editorial or technical team during the projects, and follow up the project status and milestones during the projects.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Monitor and report project risks and scope to foresee and identify potential problems and solutions.
• Prepare reports to top management and providing insights regarding potential risks, opportunities, and other aspects projects/investments.
• Build and develop solutions and models for assigned operations.
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation including status reports, project schedule and ensure all documentations are completed and up-to-date.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience on Project Management (including, but not limited to digital, IT, construction).
• Experience in Project Management methodologies and standards (preferably PMP, PRINCE 2 certificate is a plus).
• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.
• High analytical, conceptual and Business Intelligence skills.
• Flexible, creative and result oriented approach.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
