Job Opportunity in UAE as a Boutique Director in CHAUMET LVMH in Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group offers a job opportunity in UAE as a boutique director in CHAUMET LVMH. You will be a key player in the luxury goods market and have been the epitome of excellence in Parisian jewelry since its founding in 1780. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Maison Chaumet’s strong growth in one of the company's Middle East network. As a boutique director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique, ensuring sales performance, profitability, brand recognition, team development, superior customer service and customer database building and development. This position will be based in Dubai Mall.

You will be responsible for:

1. Achieves monthly Boutique turnover and KPI targets.
2. Sets monthly objectives for all sales associates and motivates the team on a daily basis.
3. Completes daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs.
4. The overall training and development of sales associates and reviews their performances (coaching, one-to-one).
5. Holds briefings to ensure consistent communication and information level.
6. Upholds company’s customer service standards.
7. Developing the customer database, recruit new clients, and build loyalty with repeaters.
8. Proposes local activation opportunities and develops external relationships to ensure maximal exposure, increase traffic and boost sales.
9. Manages Boutique Stock and reviews stock levels, and communicates product needs.
10. The Boutique administration (cash flow, shipments, repairs, security).
11. Ensures team understanding and adherence to Maison policies and procedures.
12. Represents the brand inside and outside of the Boutique.

You must have:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years in-store leadership experience within a Luxury Jewelry business or a Luxury Fashion House.
• Expertise in high-end Jewelry sales and product knowledge.
• Solid customer focus and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team development skills.
• Experience in the UAE market and understanding of the GCC consumer.
