Leo Burnett offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Content Creator. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing content that goes across multiple social platforms. You must be up to date on trends and innovations and have a creative mindset of digital-first and be passionate about social behaviors and social trends that can be translated into creative work that exceeds clients' and agency expectations.

You will be responsible for:

1. Present well-thought-out creative social ideas to create leads and clients and execute them.
2. Keep work on budget and on schedule.
3. Ongoing curiosity about new social media and how it can be used in intelligent ways to elevate the client's brands and win business.
4. Being self-motivated, hard-working, well-organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.
5. Works well under pressure and is capable of remaining focused despite rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines.
6. Collaboration with Social Strategy, Social Marketing, and Account teams.
7. Oversee content for all social brand channels (i.e.: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
8. Receive and apply constructive feedback.
9. Create and source visual content (photo, video, gifs).
10. Keeping the work on brand and on strategy—asking questions if something is not clear.
11. Concept, design and execute high-quality content. Make sure the message is always clear, consistent, and fresh.
12. Work with Motion Design to create video / interactive/animated content for social and other digital platforms.

You must have:

• Passion for the entertainment category.
• Attention to detail across a volume of work.
• 2+ years of experience (creative agency, digital marketing, or consulting).
• Experience in corporate advertising is a plus.
• A positive attitude.
• Maintaining a high level of motivation keeping a positive attitude, focused, and on track.
• Reports to the Creative Director/Head of Social.
