Siemens offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Digital Industries Area Sales Support Specialist. In this role you will support the high-performance area sales team in the Middle East based in the UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi).
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Prepares cost/calculation sheets along with required export control checks.
- Prepares quotation where required for Sales for Digital Industries & sends signed/system approved offers to customers.
- Receives purchase order from customer with clean order check list.
- Forwards orders to Order Management team through share point with supporting documents such as official Purchase Order, PO Checklist and calculation sheet and special cost reference (if any).
- Checks and approves purchase order created by OM team before orders are released to factory where required.
- Generates required export Control Checks for customer.
- Forward inquiries to responsible Agents / Partners.
- Handles order process of Siemen's catalog/brochures and other promotional items.
- Support Sales Managers with material delivery follow up & Prioritization process in close coordination with Business Unit & OM Team.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelors in Administration.
- From 6 to 8 years in similar role.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP knowledge will be beneficial.
- Be a team player and have the ability to coordinate with various business segments.
- English, Arabic will be an advantage.
